Talking to Grief
I found that the poem was very strange. I didn't think anyone could think of grief as a dog. It is a very creative way of saying "accept your grief and move on". I liked the way the poem uses apostrophe to "make grief into your dog". All in all, i liked the poem.
I wish in the City of your Heart
I like this poem. I, myself, am a very giddy person, so i like happy poems and stories. This is why this poem appeals to me very much. It has a very positive message and i always like happy endings. I find that making the city in the heart be in the event of after a rain makes the love poem more romantic.

I'm a hopeless romantic, but i guess there is truth to what the poem says. Love alone is useless. It wont feed you or get you money or cure the sick.
